Collins Aerospace (hereinafter referred to as Collins) and ACCEL (Tianjin) Flight Simulation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ACCEL) jointly announced that ACCEL, as the sole authorized agent of Collins starting from June 2019, will provide service and support to Collins visual system customers in China, including technical consultation, O&M training, parts repair, spare parts ordering, rotating parts, on-site service, product upgrade and other services.
On November 6th, 2018, at the 2018 China International Aviation and Aerospace Exhibition in Zhuhai, ACCEL signed the Memorandum of Agreement with Collins to provide enhanced customer support, spares and training capabilities for Collins visual systems in China. After the MOA signing, both parties worked collaboratively to implement the new service and support model and processes. After 6 months of preparation, ACCEL has established the capabilities of installation, acceptance test, qualification support and customer training for Collins visual systems along with a complete Collins visual system spare parts storage facility in Tianjin. Leveraging advanced technologies from Collins and efficient localized service and support team from ACCEL, Collins and ACCEL are ready to provide more comprehensive and high-quality service and support to visual system customers in China.
