  • Accountable for a Manufacturing site, holding overall responsibility for production of quality products in efficient and timely manner.

  • Establish relevant procedures, processes and instructions, lead the implementation project to make sure the operation system running well and efficient in the production department.

  • Strategize and design production plans, balancing tactical and strategic demands considering product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply constraints, schedules and staffing requirements to meet operational objectives and business unit goals.

    全方位评估产能、设备效率、原材料供应状况、生产安排、人员匹配要求来制定生产计划和平衡各方需求,以达成运营任务和业务指标

  • Acts as the key decision maker for transitioning new products to production. Directs the development and implementation of activities in production areas to ensure timely, high quality production at the lowest cost consistent with the quality requirements.

    作为核心人员负责新项目的引入与投产,指导和提高生产团队来保证准时、最低成本地持续达成高质量产品

  • Develops annual operating plan, operating budget and capital budgets. Integrates organization's strategic plan into the site operating plan. Researches, forecasts, analyzes risks, and requests appropriate allocations. Defines priorities within the framework given to establish the most efficient and effective operating plan for the site. Plans staffing and expenditures around priorities.

    制定全年生产计划、生产运营预算以及资本支出预算;根据公司整体运营战略,制定生产部门相应的策略和计划;通过研究、分析和预测各种风险,合理的分配资源; 在公司计划的框架下确定优先顺序,制定高效的生产实 施计划、人员招聘计划以及相关开支计划。

  • Serves as primary champion for quality improvement, Lean and Six Sigma programs at the site. Accountable for reduction of cost and waste. Improves productivity by implementing best practices.

    作为首要负责人带领团队进行生产的质量改进、工艺改善、六西格玛项目、降低生产成本、减少浪费、实施最佳生产方案以及提高产能。

  • Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals

  • Responsible for the direct supervision of the Production Planning staff engaged in planning, scheduling, and monitoring the flow of material through the production cycle.

  • Plan, direct, control, coordinate, and evaluate all or most inventory planning and control activities (e.g. master scheduling, stocking, inventory, materials handling and forecasting) of ACCEL: Manage inventory replenishment based on production schedules, current inventory, customer orders and forecasts; ensure accurate and current inventory records.

    计划、监督、控制和协调库存相关工作,包括时间安排、存量、预测、补充以及准确记录等。

  • Confer with Engineering, Purchasing, Business Operation and other applicable departments to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments

  • Oversees deployment of environmental, health and safety policies and procedures at the site. Ensures workplace training and safety plans are fully implemented. Ensures the site complies with OSHA, EPA and other safety and health requirements.

    全面监管环境、健康和安全的政策、流程和计划的执行情况。确保生产部门得到全方位的培训,确保生产部门复合OSHA, EPA以及其他的安全和健康相关的要求。
